Registration

Registration takes place through the Tango Frostbite online store

(Dance Registration Assistant).

 

You can purchase dance lessons, milonga passes, or participation in the beginner's course.

Tickets for individual milongas are sold only at the door.

FOR FINNISH RESIDENTS ONLY:

​

  • Membership in Amigos del Tango ry is required to participate in dance lessons. The 2025 membership fee must be paid by February 1, 2025. (The 2024 membership fee was 25€)

  • Membership is not required for Beginner's course or Milongas.

  • If you don't live in Finland, membership is not required.

  • If you're not yet a member, you can find the membership form on our website: https://www.tango.fi/liity

WHY THE MEMBERSHIP?

​

  • As a non-profit organization, Amigos del Tango's activities are exempt from value-added tax (VAT).

  • To maintain this tax exemption, the association must offer dance lessons only to its registered members.

  • In addition to VAT-free pricing, membership benefits include discounted prices for the association's milongas and events throughout the year!

REGISTER WITH A PARTNER

  • Registration for pair classes requires both partners to sign up together and pay for their reservations simultaneously.

  • For those without a partner, you can search for one in our Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/387300374672969

 

YOU CAN REGISTER WITHOUT A PARTNER FOR THE FOLLOWING CLASSES:

  • Technique classes SM1 Technique for Leaders & NY1 Technique for Followers

  • Beginner's course

  • Additionally, there are limited spots available for individual registration in AC1 - Comfortable in Milonga 1 & AC4 - Comfortable in Milonga 2

 

BEGINNERS' COURSE REGISTRATION

 

We aim for a balance between roles in the course. While registering with a partner is recommended, you can sign up individually by choosing either a follower or leader beginner's course package. If your desired package is unavailable, you can join a waiting list. We continuously monitor the situation and accept participants from the waiting list in order of registration.

 

VOLUNTEERING

 

By completing 8 hours of volunteer work, you can receive a free milonga pass. More information about volunteering and tasks will be available soon. If interested, you can reserve a Volunteer's Milonga Pass from our store.

 

TERMS OF USE

​

For milonga tickets and dance class registrations:

  • Registrations are binding

  • Tickets can be transferred to another person

  • Full refunds are only possible with a doctor's certificate
