Ilmoittautuminen vapaaehtoiseksi on päättynyt - voit kysyä festivaalin alettua infopisteestä onko vapaaehtoisvuoroja jäljellä.

Vapaaehtoisena toimiminen on todella hauska tapa tutustua toisiin tangonharrastajiin, ja samalla sekä autat järjestelyissä, että hyödyt itse. Tekemällä 8 tuntia vapaaehtoistyötä saat ilmaisen sisäänpääsyn kaikkiin Frostbite 2024 -festivaalin milongoihin! Jos se tuntuu liian paljolta, jo 4 vapaaehtoistyötunnilla pääset ilmaiseksi yhteen vapaavalintaiseen milongaan.

Huomio! Ilmoittautumalla sitoudut saapumaan vuoroosi. Toivomme vapaaehtoisilta ymmärrystä siitä, että erityisesti viime hetken peruutukset ovat festivaalin järjestelyjen kannalta hankalia. Jos sinulle tulee ylitsepääsemätön este, olethan ystävällinen ja hankit itse itsellesi korvaajan. Muista ilmoittaa asiasta myös järjestäjille! Become a volunteer

We have now closed the registration for volunteer work. Once the festival has started you can ask for remaining tasks at the info desk.
Volunteering is a super fun way to get to know other tangueros/tangueras and help your local tango community, and you get something out of it too: eight hours of volunteer work will give you access to all the milongas during the Tango Frostbite 2024 festival. If eight hours sounds like too much, for four hours of work you get a ticket to one festival milonga of your choice.

Note! By signing up you commit to showing up. We kindly ask you to bear in mind that especially late cancellations make it very difficult for the festival organisers to find anyone to replace you. If you are totally unable to come please find yourself a replacement and remember to inform the organisers about it. You will receive further information about the tasks that you sign up for closer to the event.
